Game, I think everyone loves playing games. Starting from our young age, we learn things by "playing". No matter in what centuries, games are the most fun, interesting, entertaining, influencing and time consuming "design". They basically involve interaction between parties, someone gain; someone loss, what decision was made during the game will affect others as a consequence, have reward and punishment at the end of the game and all these are conducted under a specific set of game rules.

Recently, a very popular and trendy game even the small children would talked about. What people are looking for when playing games, I guess: interesting, excitement, opportunities, some may involve different kind of skills and strategies, plus attractive rewards. And I immediately think of one game which fit all the above criteria. If any of you like to play THE GAME, I will explain more below. More importantly, it is FREE!!! Everyone are welcomed. It can be played at anywhere and anytime. Below are the details and I warmly invite you, my dear reader, to join this irresistible and suitable for all age game. 

Reflection:

God is our Father in Heaven, He likes to play and interact with us. So, He definitely will look after and care every single one of us. God is this "Life Game" designer, He has the absolute right and authority of the Game. He created and activated this "Game" for two thousand and something years already. 

His game rules are very simple and straight forward. Everyone of us basically have one life and His only measure is: how pure and clean of your soul is. Regardless of your status, position, wealth, age, race, gender, education level, ability...etc. (because all these are just the accessory of the "character", the player). This is real equal opportunity. Don't you have the same feeling and thought just like me? Surely, how exciting, motivate, justice and righteous of His "game". 

He invites and gives us a chance to play (life). Each one of us can have an option to "activate" or not your "character" - by "resetting" it clean and pure as new and white as never before (through Baptism). If you choose to "activate", then, try your best to keep the best condition as you can during the journey (by how we live on earth) and use different "special features" (graces and blessings) which can withdraw from a treasure box (holy Church), in order to safely reach the right goal (eternal happiness). The destination will depends on how responsible we do in and to our lives and what the choices we have made (good or evil) during the journey. During the "treasure hunt" we can collect and use those "special features" as many times as you like, in order to:

1) help ourselves or others out if fallen into a "trap" (sin or temptation), or

2) The "special features" may change into "secret tools" to minimise the severity after fallen into a        trap (make the souls cleaner) or to prevent the danger of falling into a trap, and

3) The "special features" can even protect us in some situations.

Whenever we fall into the "trap", we need and to use the "special features" as soon as we can (through Reconciliation) because we never know when the Life Game of a "prayer" is time out or running out of time (only God have the right and authority on life and death, no one can change or amend the Game, if someone does, he/she has offended the creator of the Game - God). I strongly suggest to collect as much "special features" as you can during the journey because the more "special features" you collect, the more pure and clean of your soul is. When the time is up, the player will receive his/her rewards according to the state of the character and with different ranking.

On the contrary, when time is up, the following people will reach the wrong goal (eternal damnation) because the state of the character does not meet the minimum requirement to enter the right goal. Those people who i) choose not to "activate" the character, which means one still got the original sin at the first instance. Or, ii) one does "activate" the character but live a sinful life, and/or iii) fail to collect adequate "special features" during the journey, ie. missing, wasting or used up the "special features" before the time is up. Then, at the end of the Game, a foreseeable unfortunate outcome is awaiting for them because the state of the character of these people are too dark that unrecognisable ie. fully cover with sins, especially mortal sin. 

Since every game always has winners and losers. Amongst the winners, some are better than the others, as you can imagine, the "level" they achieved once reached the final (end of life), God will grant them the rewards accordingly. Let me express in this simplify way, starting from the highest "level" achievement: Saint > Blessed > Venerable > Holy Souls in Purgatory (the minimum purity / cleanliness requirement for the souls). They are all winners in the eyes of God. Unfortunately, those who do not fit into the "entry level" (the Holy Souls in Purgatory), will become losers, and they will be disqualified or "eliminated" (banished into hell). 

In summary, the more you accumulate the "special features", the higher the "level" (ranking) you will reach at the end of this Life Game. May everyone understand and give thanks to God for  providing us so many assistance such as: Sacraments, Holy Scriptures (the Bible), prayers, devotion, fasting, charitable works, alms giving, learn from the examples of saints...and so on. All these assistance are teaching and helping us to play this game safely and successfully. Wisely use them to collect the "special features". Let everyone on earth to strive for better things and enjoy playing the "God Designed Life Game", the one and unique game.
